NHDES will hold a public information meeting to discuss the final two sections of the proposed new Instream Flow Rules (Env-Wq 1900). The meeting will be held Tuesday, September 19, 2017- 9:00 to 11:00 am in Room

This meeting will be the fourth of five planned information meetings prior to the rulemaking process. At this meeting, NHDES staff will review the water management plan administration and the waivers sections of the proposed new rules. Questions, comments and suggestions are welcome.

These new rules will replace the Pilot Instream Flow Rules and will apply to all the Designated Rivers of the state. Prior to the meeting, you will be able to read the current and previous discussion documents reviewing the rules, also links to RSA 483 and the 2015 Pilot Report. These will be posted on the ISF Rulemaking page of the Rivers Management Advisory Committee website at https://www4.des.state.nh.us/blogs/rmac/?page_id=2510.
