Conservation Moose Plate Grant Funds Available

The 2018 Conservation “Moose Plate” Grant application is now available at SCC.nh.gov. The NH State Conservation Grants are for projects that support and promote programs and partnerships that protect, restore, and enhance the state’s valuable natural resources.
