Instream Flow Rules (Env-Wq 1900) Rulemaking Information Meeting
Tuesday, June 21, 2016 – 9:30 to 11:30 am
NHDES will hold a public information meeting on the new Instream Flow Rules (Env-Wq 1900) on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 – 9:30 to 11:30 am in Room 208C of the NHDES offices at 29 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH.
These new rules will replace the Pilot Instream Flow Rules and will apply to all the Designated Rivers of the state. This meeting will be the first of several during the rulemaking process. At this first meeting, NHDES staff will lay out the rulemaking process and describe the schedule and the plan for public participation for the upcoming rulemaking.
