Soak Up the Rain New England Webinar Series: Greening the Streets of Watertown, MA: Edenfield Avenue “Green Streets” Demonstration Project

This webinar will showcase actions taken by the Town of Watertown and the Charles River Watershed Association to turn Edenfield Avenue into the first “green street” in Watertown, MA. “Green streets” is an innovative stormwater management approach that captures rain where it falls by using vegetation, soil and engineered systems to slow, filter and cleanse stormwater runoff from impervious surfaces (https://www.epa.gov/G3/learn-about-green-streets ).
