The Granite State Planner – Spring 2011 edition features LRPC Watershed based planning efforts for Lake Winnipesaukee

The Spring 2011 edition of the Granite State Planner features the innovative web-based watershed management plan recently completed for the Meredith, Paugus, and Sanders Bay subwatersheds. The new project website is www.winnigateway.org. This project was completed by the Lakes Region Planning Commission and their project partners with partial funding provided by Section 319 of the Clean Water Act.  The project is seen as the first phase in the development of the first web-based watershed management and restoration plan for Lake Winnipesaukee.  You can view the article at http://www.nhlgc.org/affiliate/nhpa/Newsletters/2011/NHPA_News_Spring2011.pdf
