Shoreland Protection – What you need to know.

On Monday, July 14th, 2014 at 6:00PM, the Town of Meredith is hosting “Shoreland Protection_ What You Need to Know at the Meredith Community Center, 1 Circle Drive, for homeowners, landscapers, and other contractors interested in vegetation management to preserve water quality. The workshop is free and open to the public. See the flyer for details.

The workshop will include 3 areas of focus:

  •  Waterfront buffers…why they are important

  • Vegetation Management within the Protected Shoreland… what property owners need to know

  • Landscaping at the Water’s Edge
    Cathy Neal, UNH Cooperative Extension
