The Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund (DWGTF) Advisory Commission will be starting the project review and selection process for the Annual Drinking Water Construction Project Assistance Program and Source Water Protection Grant Program at their October 15, 2019 meeting.  The meeting is being held at the Legislative Office Building starting at 10 am (Agenda).  This meeting will focus on the review process with some time allotted for the Construction Project Assistance Program Subcommittees to start their review of the projects.

Funding applications for both programs will be reviewed and evaluated by the Commission Subcommittees at meetings between October 15 and early November (dates, times, locations TBD).  The Subcommittees will then recommend projects to fund to the full Advisory Commission in November (November 12, time and location TBD).  It is anticipated that the Commission will propose their final list of projects recommended for funding at the November meeting and return for a vote of that list in December (date, time, and location TBD).

If you have any questions about the process, please do not hesitate to reach out to Erin Holmes, the DWGTF Administrator at the Department of Environmental Services (erin.holmes@des.nh.gov).
