Online Applications Available for the 2019 Annual Drinking Water Construction Projects Assistance Program

The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) is now accepting funding applications for the 2019 Annual Drinking Water Construction Project Assistance Program through the Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund (DWGTF) for drinking water infrastructure projects.

For eligibility requirements, guidance in completing this application, and additional information regarding the criteria the Commission may use in making funding decisions, refer to the Advisory Commission’s “Rules for Construction Projects” and “2019 Award Plan” under the Applicant Information menu of the website.

Submission Instructions: Submission of applications online through State of NH Online Forms is strongly encouraged to reduce errors and processing time.  Steps for on-line submittals are provided below.

Visit the State of NH Online Forms web portal at https://onlineforms.nh.gov/.

  1. Register for an Online Form account. If you already have an account from submitting other State of NH Online Forms you can use it for this application.
  2. Click the “Finder” button in the top right. Search for “DWGTF”. Select the “2019 Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund Application Form”.
  3. Complete all steps and submit. You can save and return to your application before submitting.  Note, include all pertinent details and do not hesitate to elaborate on the questions.  It is important for the Commission’s review to have a thorough application.
  4. After submitting, you can track the status of your application through the State of NH Online Forms web portal.

If the applicant is unable to submit an online nForm, a PDF may be emailed to Erin.Holmes@DES.nh.gov or a hardcopy mailed to Erin Holmes, NHDES; 29 Hazen Drive; Concord, NH 03302.

 The deadline for submission is September 13, 2019 (midnight).
