Water - Wetlands and Shoreland Permit Application Decision Reports

The Wetlands and Shoreland Permit Application Decision Reports Query will be down from Wednesday October 27th, at 7 am until 9am due to system upgrades. For information on permit status during this period, please call the main Wetlands Line at (603) 271-2147.
The Wetlands and Shoreland Weekly Application Decision Report (WADR) is published each week and contains the permitting decisions for the prior Monday through Sunday.
The Wetlands and Shoreland WADR is published for information purposes only and does not constitute an authorization to conduct work. Work in jurisdiction may not commence until the applicant has received an offical permit. Decisions are subject to appeal, and wetlands decisions are reviewed by the federal agencies for compliance with Section 404 of the Federal Clean Water Act.
