The Cobbett’s Pond Improvement Association (CPIA) invites interested contractors to submit qualifications for the construction of a several stormwater treatment practices in Windham, NH. Project construction is scheduled to commence this Spring, and will include installation of 5 rain gardens, 1 parabolic water quality swale, and 2 drainage channels.
