This webinar will help states and others understand key tools they can use to  combat this serious and growing environmental problem.  This webinar will demonstate EPA’s new N and P Pollution Data Access Tool (NPDAT) (www.epa.gov/nutrientpollution/npdat ) and the new, interative SPARROW Decision Support System (DSS), designed by U.S. Geological Survey (http://cida.usgs.gov/sparrow )
