REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

for Bailey Road
NOTE: The submittal date for qualifications packages has been extended. Submittals are now due April 23, 2020.
The Town of Effingham is requesting qualifications submittals for consulting assistance to study and plan culvert and road improvements for Bailey Road, a public road maintained by the Town of Effingham. The town views this project as a priority to alleviate local flooding at the outlet of Province Lake, improve aging and inadequate infrastructure, and address potential water quality concerns for the lake. The deadline for qualifications submittals has been extended to April 23, 2020.
Additionally, the period to submit questions has been extended. Questions about this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) must be submitted to the Town of Effingham April 9, 2020. The Town of Effingham will not respond to telephone inquiries about the RFQ.
