There will be two additional information sessions in New Hampshire this week for the Final EPA NH MS4 permit. One is Derry (Thursday) and one in Portsmouth (Friday). See below for more information. Please pass this on to anyone who may be interested. No need to register.
The New Hampshire small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer system (MS4) general permit was issued final on January 18, 2017. The general permit will be effective on July 1, 2018. The final permit and permit documents can be found on EPA’s website: https://www3.epa.gov/region1/npdes/stormwater/MS4_NH.html . EPA and NHDES will be hosting two public workshops to explain the terms and conditions of the new permit. These workshops will be similar to the information sessions held at New Hampshire Stormwater Coalition meetings on Feb 15 and Feb 16. We encourage you to attend one of the workshops to learn more about the permit. The dates and times of all scheduled public workshops will be posted on EPA’s website.
