2016 Summer Outreach Intern Position Description

NH LAKES is seeking future environmental educators and conservation professionals to join its outreach team during summer 2016. Through the “Tools Training for NH LAKES Stewards” unpaid volunteer internship program, a team of 4-5 interns will assist with and host training sessions and outreach events throughout the state to provide youth and adults with opportunities to gain knowledge and skills to foster their stewardship of New Hampshire lakes. 2016 Program Assistant for the Lake Host Program – Position Description

NH LAKES is seeking an individual to  assist with the administration, implementation, and promotion of the Lake Host Program, a statewide courtesy boat inspection program designed to teach boaters how to prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species from waterbody to waterbody. This is a 6-month, temporary, part-time position (approximately 24 hours/week), begins in  mid-April and extends  through mid-October and is compensated at $15/hour.  For more information, click here.

2016 Summer Outreach Intern Coordinator Position Description

NH LAKES is seeking an individual to coordinate its summer 2016 outreach intern team through the “Tools Training for NH LAKES Stewards” internship program, a team of 4-5 unpaid volunteer interns will assist with and host training sessions and outreach events throughout the state to provide youth and adults with opportunities to gain knowledge and skills to foster their stewardship of New Hampshire lakes. The Outreach Intern Coordinator responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities of the outreach interns and supervising and evaluating intern performance. This is a temporary, part-time part-time (24 – 32 hours per week) position, compensated at $15/hour, starting in late-April and extending through late-August. For more information, click here.
