Protecting the Source – Celebrating 5 Years Protecting Water with the Salmon Falls Watershed Collaborative
Please join the Salmon Falls Watershed Collaborative for a workshop with land owners, local residents, water system operators, town officials, land use planners, public health officials, conservation organizations, and anyone interested in protecting water quality and conserving land in the Salmon Falls watershed.
Workshop Topics Include:
- Conserving and maintaining lands to protect clean water
- Implementing stormwater management practices to protect clean water
- Protecting aquifers and waterways through local regulations
- Cleaning up sources of contamination to prevent pollution and restore degraded waters
- Inspiring government officials, organizations, and citizens to act collaboratively to protect the Salmon Falls watershed
The workshop will be held June 2, 2015, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM at Spring Hill in South Berwick, Maine.
