ME DEP’s Wendy Garland (r) and Jon Dore (l) from the South Portland Land Trust spread mulch in a recently constructed rain garden at Hinckley Park in South Portland. The project was funded by the Royal Bank of Canada’s Blue Water Project and administered through the Gulf of Maine Council.

An enthusiastic team of Sea Cadets spread nearly 30 cubic yards of mulch on about 800′ of trails in Hinckley Park.
