It is official! The long anticipated Federal Stormwater permit for NH MS4s (Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems) is out.

This is a redraft of the 2008 draft. There will be a public hearing on the draft at the DES field office at Pease in Portsmouth on March 14th from 2 to 5 pm. EPA will also be presenting at four public meetings in Nashua, Manchester, and Dover. The schedule and locations will be posted soon.
