The Association of Clean Water Administrators is holding a September 13 teleconference with EPA and state 319 program coordinators to release a draft of the new 319 program guidelines.
DES intends to release the 2013 Request for Proposals for Watershed Assistance Grants — commensurate with the new guidelines — as soon as possible after the call, with proposals due before the holidays.
