Note: The Instream Flow Program did not include development of TFCs for the tidally-influenced portions of the Lamprey and Squamscott rivers at this time, as a procedure for developing protected instream flows still needs to be determined for tidal rivers. In addition, the Program did not include the Connecticut and Lower Merrimack rivers in this TFC assessment due to their large size, their downstream positions within their watersheds, and the difficulty of determining the TFC where no unimpacted reference rivers exist.
