Surplus Land Disposal in Hampton

2019 SLR 006 Hampton

The LMAC has been notified of a possible proposed sale of 87 acres of New Hampshire Liquor Commission property adjacent to the state liquor stores on both the northbound and southbound sides of I-95 in Hampton. The Taylor River Pond is an impoundment on the state’s official list of waterbodies. Note that Hampton requires a 100 foot buffer around its prime wetlands.
